For retreat inquiries, membership tiers, sliding-scale requests, and scholarship questions. We make most of these decisions in conversation, not through forms.
For school districts, university programs, nonprofits, and clergy groups exploring partnership, training cohorts, or invited lectures.
We read every message and answer personally, usually within one to two business days. If your message is time-sensitive (a retreat that begins soon, a group training with a deadline), mention that in the first line and we will triage.
We do not share your email address, do not add you to any list without asking, and do not use your message to train anything. You are writing to a human.
The ASE Academy is deliberately small. When you write to us, there is a very good chance that Matthew will be the person who reads your message and the person who writes back. We do this because the theory we practice says that relationship precedes method, and we would rather live that out in our own correspondence than hide behind an auto-responder.
It also means that during retreat weeks, during school-year beginnings, and during a few other predictable seasons, replies may take a few extra days. Thank you for your patience. You are not being ignored.
